Hello 2026!

Happy New Year

2026 is a year of Horse for the Chinese lunar year. It represents a year of speed, energy and freedom, full of adventures and opportunities.

Whatever you plan to do, make a start! You will have the momentum and energy to action and complete your plans.

• Will you travel to a destination you’ve always wanted to go?

• Will you meet someone you haven’t seen for a long time?

• Will you start decluttering your home?

Write down your goals and ideal plans. For example, this year, I am:

• Supporting my clients complete their tidying journey.

• Supporting my mum declutter and successfully move into a new place after more than 18 years in the current place.

• Practising yoga every week by joining regular classes at a local gym.

• Performing in several ukulele concerts with my ukulele band.

There, I said them but also visualised them.

This is similar to the process that you go through when you start tidying up using the KonMari method. We visualise what our ideal life would look like and imagine how it would feel. We then work towards it in tidying sessions. You can create a vision board if it helps.
